RESOLUTION #2025-SP- Council met in closed session pursuant to Section 239(2)(d) 44 Labour Relations or Employee Negotiations of the Municipal Act regarding compensation or vacation for specific employees, and the following resolution emanated from the meeting: 1.Council directed the CAO to undertake an internal review of the By-law No. 4605 respecting non-union municipal employees working conditions and benefits By-Law, with the review to be completed by the end of the first quarter for 2026. 2. Council approved measures to address the CAO’s vacation bank in order to prevent over-accumulation.
