RESOLUTION #2025-SP- Council met in Closed Session pursuant to Section 239 (2)(d) of 04 the Municipal Act to consider one (1) labour relations matter, and the following resolution emanated from the meeting: 1. to acknowledge and receive the resignation of the Chief Administrative Officer effective May 23, 2025; 2. to proceed with the job posting, as presented, to fill the upcoming vacancy in the position of Chief Administrative Officer; 3. that the Chief Administrative Officer be directed to provide a prioritized list of internal candidates to act as interim Chief Administrative Officer; 4. that current Chief Administrative Officer be retained for support during the transition period on a contractual basis after May 23, 2025.
