RES #2021-SC-02 That all municipal facilities re-open under the COVID-19 Response Framework in Keeping Ontario Safe and Open pending that all measures in place respecting the Orange- Restrict Public Health Measures for the Porcupine Health Unit Region, and furthermore, that masks, as described and regulated by public health, be mandatory and enforced in all municipal facilities.
