RESOLUTION #2024-04 The members of Council present met in Closed Session to consider one (1) matter under s. 239(2)(k) of the Municipal Act about Plans and instructions for negotiations of an agreement and one (1) matter under s. 239(2)(j) of the Municipal Act about Information belonging to the municipality regarding municipal land, and the following resolution emanated from the meeting: 1. s. 239(2)(k) Plans and instructions for negotiations of an agreement: to defer the matter to the next scheduled Council meeting for consideration and direction. 2. s. 239(2)(j) Information belonging to the municipality: to inform the members of an outstanding matter involving municipal land.
