RESOLUTION #2025-06 Council met in Closed Session pursuant to Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act to consider a matter regarding potential and ongoing litigation involving service agreements and the municipality, and the following resolution emanated from the meeting: 1. to exercise clause 9. f) to terminate an agreement for the shared services of Chief Building Official and Inspectors due to the Town of Kapuskasing being no longer able to provide or deliver the services as agreed upon, and that notice be provided to all parties, hereinafter referred to as "The Municipalities".
