RESOLUTION #2023-101 Council met in Closed Session pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b), (d) and (k) of the Municipal Act to consider one matter that involves a plan or instruction that has potential monetary value for the municipality and may be applied to contract negotiations by the municipality, and two labour relations matters involving employee working conditions including personal matters about identifiable individuals, and the following resolution emanated from the meeting: 1. to accept the plan/instruction that may be applied to contract negotiations as presented. 2. to proceed with the Internal Equity, Pay Equity, and Salary Grid Study as presented by Gallagher Consulting, in the amount of $7,799 for consulting fees, plus administrative and technical fees, as budgeted. 3. to proceed with two 360 Evaluation Surveys as presented in the amount of $2,500 each.
