RESOLUTION #2023-18 Council met in Closed Session meeting pursuant to Section 239 (2) (d) and (i) of the Municipal Act to inform Council on a matter regarding labour relations and negotiations, and to consider a matter regarding information provided in confidence to the municipality which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to influence significantly the competitive position or interfere with contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons or organization, and the following resolution emanated from the meeting: 1. to reject the execution of a Non-Binding Letter of Intent with the Northeastern Community Network (NeCN) regarding the Claybelt Agricultural Project as presented. 2. Council was informed of collective agreement negotiations.
