RESOLUTION #2022-74 That the following recommendations from Committees of the Whole held June 6, 2022 be approved as follows: Planning: 1. to approve the sale of municipal land as authorized under By-Law No. 4419, by declaring the land as surplus and to dispose of municipal land for the abutting property located at 53 Brunelle Road North, providing an additional 260 feet in depth to the rear of the subject property (option #3), conditional that the land be consolidated with the existing property, and that appraisal (fair market value), surveying, legal and transfer fees be borne by the respective purchaser. 2. to approve the sale of municipal land as authorized under By-Law No. 4419, by declaring the land as surplus and to dispose of municipal land for the abutting properties located at 2 and 4 Abbot Street, providing an additional 40 feet in depth to the rear of the subject properties, in line with the existing depth of the property located at 10 Abbot Street, conditional that the land be consolidated with the existing properties, and that appraisal (fair market value), surveying, legal and transfer fees be borne by the respective purchasers. 3. to enact a deeming bylaw which has the effect of merging Lot 14 and Block H on plan M233C, in accordance with subsection 50(4) of the Planning Act and that Staff be directed to register the by-law on title of the subject lands.

RESOLUTION #2022-75 That Council move to a Closed Session pursuant to Section 239 (2) (d) of the Municipal Act to consider one (1) labour relations matter and one (1) matter for the purpose of informing Council.

RESOLUTION #2022-76 That this Closed Session be adjourned at 9:16 p.m.

RESOLUTION #2022-77 Council met in Closed Session pursuant to Section 239 (2) (d) of the Municipal Act to consider one (1) Labour Relations matter and one (1) matter for the purpose of informing Council and the following resolution emanated from the meeting: 1. to defer the amended Non-Union Municipal Employees Working Conditions and Benefits By-Law Schedule "A", Article 15.0, Other Benefits.

RESOLUTION #2022-78 That the following by-laws be enacted: By-Law No. 4475: being a by-law to permit a temporary use of the said land from Rural Zone (RU) to Open Park Space (OS) to permit recreational use on the land municipally addressed as Laval Street, located at west of Lemarier Street and Albert Street; By-Law No. 4476: being a by-law to deem a part of Registered Plan of Subdivision M233C not to be a registered plan of subdivision pursuant to Section 50 (4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P13; be enacted and passed, that the Corporate Seal be affixed thereto, and that the by-laws be signed by the Mayor and the Clerk.
