RESOLUTION #2021-03 That the recommendations from Committees of the Whole held December 14, 2020 be approved as follows: Finance: 1. to approve the 2021 User Fees based on the Consumer Price Index Rate of 2.4% (January) for the Recreation Fees, as amended, and the Consumer Price Index Rate of 0.5% (September) for all other User Fees; 2. to approve the Tax Write-Off #2020-17 under Section 365.3 of the Municipal Act. RESOLUTION #2021-04 That the following by-laws be adopted: By-Law No. 4398: being a by-law to authorize an interim tax levy for all classes before the adoption of the yearly estimates for the 2021; By-Law No. 4399: being a by-law to authorize the borrowing of up to $17,662,687 (January to September 30, 2021) and $8,831,344 (October to December 31, 2021) for the year 2021; and By-Law No. 4400: being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement with the Ministry of Transportation - Transfer Payment Agreement for Municipal Transit Enhanced Cleaning (MTEC); be enacted and passed, that the Corporate Seal be affixed thereto and that the by-laws be signed by the Mayor and the Clerk.
