RESOLUTION #2022-11 That the agenda be approved as circulated

RESOLUTION #2022-12 That Councillor Bruce Newton be appointed as Chair, Melanie Fortier be appointed as Treasurer and Tammy Fillion be appointed as Secretary to the Kapuskasing Moonbeam Landfill Site Management Board for the current term of Council.

RESOLUTION #2022-13 That the minutes of the meeting held May 18, 2022 be approved as circulated.

RESOLUTION #2022-14 That the signing officers for the Kapuskasing Moonbeam Landfill Management Board be approved as presented for the current term of Council.

RESOLUTION #2022-15 That the 2023 tipping fees be approved as presented with a 6.9% increase for the year 2023 pending a full review and comparison exercise with other municipalities for the year 2024.

RESOLUTION #2022-16 That the 2023 Employee salary and benefits package be reviewed in March 2023 and that the changes to the package be retroactive to January 1, 2023.

RESOLUTION #2022-17 To proceed with investing $1,900,000 in a Bonus Rate GIC (Non-Cashable Product) for the term of 60 months and Page 3 of 3 $500,000 in a Flex GIC (Cashable-Product) with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce

RESOLUTION #2022-18 That the meeting be adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
