RESOLUTION #2016-83 That this Closed Session meeting adjourn at 5:57 p.m.

RESOLUTION #2016-84 That the minutes of the Joint Committees of the Whole and Council meeting held May 16, 2016 be approved.

RESOLUTION #2016-85 That Protective Services Item No. 1, Public Works Item No. 1 and Recreation and Culture Item Nos. 2 and 3 be approved. Protective Services #1: to approve the 2016 annual parking pass and annual rate of $10.00 for the remainder of the year for neighbouring community residents (Opasatika to Smooth Rock Falls), 65 years and older and for residents with accessibility placards, as per Kapuskasing residents. Public Works #1: to approve the Equipment and Services contract for a period of 2 years as presented. Recreation and Culture #2: to declare the Country Music Festival at La Forge being held August 18 to and including August 21, 2016 as an event of community significance. Recreation and Culture #3: to approve use of Riverside Park for the Aboriginal People's Alliance - SAGE Program on June 7, 2016 for a traditional event "Walking out Ceremony" with installation of a large teepee and to host a picnic.

RESOLUTION #2016-86 That Council recess from the Joint Committees of the Whole and Council meeting at 6:25 p.m.

RESOLUTION #2016-87 That Council reconvene the Joint Committee of the Whole and Council meeting at 6:56 p.m.

RESOLUTION #2016-88 That Council approve the fire protection model option #3 from the April 2016 Master Fire Plan.

RESOLUTION #2016-89 That By-Law Nos. 4102 and 4103 as follows: By-Law No. 4102: to authorize execution of an Agreement with the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation for new pool grant funding in the amount of $1 million; and By-Law No. 4103: to authorize execution of an Amendment Agreement No. 1516-ON-000035, with the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development be enacted and passed, that the Corporate Seal be affixed thereto and the by-law be signed by the Mayor and the Clerk.

RESOLUTION #2016-90 That Council approve the following from Closed Session: a) acknowledge and approve the mediation/arbitration award to renew the collective agreement between the Corporation and the Kapuskasing Professional Fire Fighters' Association for the duration of January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016. b) accept the request from employee No. 0413.

RESOLUTION #2016-91 That By-Law No. 4104 being the Confirmatory By-Law be enacted and passed, that the Corporate Seal be affixed thereto and that the by-law be signed by the Mayor and the Clerk.

RESOLUTION #2016-92 That this meeting be adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
